🌙 Night Before

  1. Wash nicely barnyard millet .
  2. Soak millet (6-8hrs)
  3. Coarsely grind the soaked millet with the same water.
  4. Boil water in a clay pot, then slowly pour the ground mixture into it.
  5. Stir and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Allow it to cool. Cover with a muslin cloth to ferment overnight.

🌞 Next Morning

  1. Uncover and you’ll find a beautifully fermented millet porridge.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, roasted cumin, black pepper, or rock salt.
  3. Mix well and pour into a glass.

It’s ready to drink—cool, nourishing, and alive!
